Acts 26:14 NKJV -
""And when we all had fallen to the ground, I heard a voice

Answer:
It is written in the Acts of Apostle 22:7-9 that
those who journeyed with Saul saw the light and were afraid but they did not
hear the voice of Jesus.
It is written in the Acts of the Apostle 9:7 that the
men who journeyed with Saul stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no
one.
We need to grasp the divine truth which is hid in
these verses.
When we are talking to any one secretly, we think
that these conversations, which were conversed with other person secretly,
cannot be heard by third person. At that time, we have no knowledge that third
person is hearing.
Saul thought that the voice spoke to him. He thought
that he was the only one, who heard the voice.
So, he did not know that the remaining persons also heard this voice.
When the Lord Jesus was incarnated, the angel of the Lord
stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them and informed to
the all shepherd in the form of voice. But the wise men saw the light, but not
heard the voice. But, they found the birth history of the Lord Christ through
the light. But, why did the wise men not hear the voice? But, the figure, which
the shepherd and wise men could see, was the Lord Christ only.
Saul and those who were with him believed in the Lord
Jesus. But, the Saul lost his vision by the light. There after he heard the
voice of Jesus. Those, who were with him, did not lose their eyes. So, Saul
imagines that those, who were with him, did not hear the voice. The one, who
gave vision to wise men, shepherd, Saul, and those, who were there with him,
was the Lord Christ only. That means he said, “I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom you
are persecuting”.
