Question 9 - Is there no repentance to the Lord?

Numbers 23:19 NKJV - ""God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?"

1 Samuel 15:29 NKJV - ""And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor relent. For He is not a man, that He should relent.""

Malachi 3:6 NKJV - ""For I am the LORD, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob."

James 1:17 NKJV - "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning."

Genesis 6:6 NKJV - "And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart."

Deuteronomy 32:36 KJV - "For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he seeth that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left."

Psalm 135:14 KJV - "For the LORD will judge his people, and he will repent himself concerning his servants."

1 Samuel 15:35 NKJV - "And Samuel went no more to see Saul until the day of his death. Nevertheless Samuel mourned for Saul, and the LORD regretted that He had made Saul king over Israel."

Exodus 32:14 KJV - "And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people."

Jonah 3:10 KJV - "And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not."

Answer:

                The Lord get regret and fury according to the deeds which was done by the man. The Lord Christ regretted near the tomb of Lazarus. These are two kinds, i.e., spiritual regret and physical regret. Among them, one is invisible and another one is visible. Invisible means it is in inner most parts. It is not visible.  Visible means to cry for 10 people, otherwise called as the action or hypocrisy.

                The words, which is written in Numbers 23:19, was told by the Balaam. There is no chance to us to say that the teaching of the Balaam is true. Revelation 2:14, “But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam”.

                Is not the grief formed in the father according to the bad movements of his children who forget his father? Genesis 6:6, “And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth and He was grieved in His heart”.

                If the King Saul, whom He arranged as the ruler of His nation, became a wicked one, did He not relent? For the reason only, the Lord handed Saul and his family over to the death.

                According to the disobedience of the Israelites, God wanted to punish them, but He relented from the harm, which He said that He would do to His people, by the prayer of Moses. Is it not good to fulfill the desires of His devotees for the Lord God? Likewise, the same happened in the matter of Jonah 3:10.

                If a man changes his mind from wicked deeds, the Lord God also relents is His punishment.

                Oh, it is also one criticism!
