Question 58 - Where there is no law, there is no transgression, how can a sinner perish when he sinned without law?

Romans 2:12 NKJV - "For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law"
Romans 4:15 NKJV - "because the law brings about wrath; for where there is no law there is no transgression."
Answer:
Moses’ covenant is used in the law of Muslim nations even today also. It is written in Genesis 24:65 that she took a veil and covered herself, adulterous woman is stoned to death, for those who steal, their hands will be cut off, and those who sinned are beaten by a rope. “Harm for harm” is the fury of the covenant. In the Christian countries in which the covenant is not followed, love, happiness, longsuffering, service etc., is performing their deeds.
If any one does the sin i.e. theft, adultery, etc., they are punished in the prison. If he changes his mind and follows the rules obediently, it is also happened in now a days that his punishment will be reduced and released from the prison.
So, in the Christian countries, there is no covenant. So, there is no transgression among the Christians. There is a chance to happen the transgression among the Christians by false apostles, false preachers and hypocritical people in Romans 4:15. There is no chance for transgression between the Christian believers among their social services. There is no chance for transgression before Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, etc., who wear the divine love of the Lord Christ and show His love in their life.
Yet, what is meant by trespasses? What is meant by sin?  What is the difference between the sin and transgression? Transgression means to deviate from the disciplined path. Ephesians 2:1, “And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins”. Let us know these from the examples.
Eve was separated from Adam and went near the serpent alone and heard the words in the teaching of the serpent. Here, “Eve left Adam,” is the transgression, “Eve went near the serpent alone and heard the words of the serpent’s teaching,” is trespass. There is no covenant for them. So, there was no sin for them, even then they violated the command of the Lord. If she had not eaten the fruit, there would have been no sin for her. But, she ate the fruit, and committed sin.
Likewise, King David must be with his nation in the battle field, but he became lazy and was moving to and fro on the roof of the king’s house. He, who saw her bathing, had lust on the woman. Here, “King David must be with his nation in the battle field, but he was separated,” is the transgression. “He had lust on woman when he saw her bathing”, is the trespass. Even through, there was covenant; there was no sin in these incidents. But, King David ravished her and killed her husband. Here, the sin had a place. So, the punishment was given to sins of King David, Adam and Eve either with covenant or without covenant.
So, there may be the covenant, if one did transgression and trespasses, when he stops at that situation and changes his mind, there is no place for sin. If sin occurs by crossing over the transgression and trespasses, there must be the punishment either with covenant or without covenant.
